All live animal shipments are shipped via usps first class or priority mail dependent on weight, tracking will be provided with either method. All orders will ship with a heatpack or cold pack (WEATHER PERMITTING) the fee is included into the total price 😀
You will receive a 100+ overcount of the species shown which will be mixed together in 1 cup and a compilation of the following with no set amount of each just 100+ total in 1 cup.
Armadilidium nasatum & Porcellio scaber also some armadildium vulgare & philoscia muscorum may be present in your culture but no gurantee those 2 types will be included as i just grab and count i dont specifically look for certain types to make up the order unless its a custom order for a specific type, their is no set ratio for each type its just a mix.
For an additional fee these can be cupped up by species and by set amounts also I can do discounts on anything over 500ct so if a custom order is what you want just reach out to me just please don't ask me how many or which type you will need for a certain size habitat or species as I cannot answer those questions for the honest fact that I have no idea as I culture a few bins of mixed like so and that's my experience.

Also please be aware that any delays in shipping that cause issues are something that I cannot be held liable for and if a reshipment is needed for a lost package or an invalid address or any reason then the reship fee is buyer responsibility.
In the event of a DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) i must be notified within 1 hour of the usps delivery time stamp & very clear photos of the animal/animals must be provided & once done i will arrange to send a replacement as that is the ONLY form of reimbursement offered NO refunds NO returns. All replacement shipping fees are paid by you the buyer.
