1967 gto chevelle cutlass bucket seats

1967 gto chevelle cutlass bucket seats.
I have a set of core bucket seats out of a 67 GTO
They will need foam and covers
I cannot get the driver side to fold down I will take a part to ship
The latch mechanism needs to be cleaned so that will fall down
All metal pieces has dings and dents
They are missing one side button
It is missing one side piece and one back
The passenger seat bottom has thinning springs where it connects
Both metal side pieces on the passenger seat have rust at the bottom as you can see in the picture
The driver side only has one metal piece and it is usable with dings and dents
