Each crystal ranges in size but most crystals will grow to 400x their weight. Hydrated crystals will be roughly the size of a dime up to the size of a quarter.

What are the Hydrating Instructions?
Hydrating is simple. Empty the contents of the package into 1 gallon of distilled or clean bottled water. Let it sit at least 6 hours ( preferably overnight ).
Why should I use water gel crystals instead of just plain water?
When it comes to roaches and crickets they just aren't too smart. Drownings are a common problem. There are other ways to battle this problem such as using a soaked sponge or paper towel but these trap bacteria and encourage mold and mildew which can be fatal to a colony.
