Make sure you select a shipping temperature control option according to the LOW temperatures in your weather forecast.
The shipping destination must be within 40 - 85 F on the day of arrival and 35 - 90 F during transit for live arrival guarantee. Ordering when the weather falls outside of those ranges are not subject to live guarantee. If the package is left outside for an extended period of time live guarantee does not apply. If any of the isopods do not arrive alive, you will need to send a message with pictures within 1 hour of delivery.
