General Warranty
CADENCE warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of One year from the date of shipment within North America. If you believe any CADENCE product that you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact CADENCE for assistance. Upon inspection by CADENCE, should product repair or replacement be deemed necessary under this warranty to manufacturing defects, CADENCE will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product with new or re-manufactured product at no charge. The Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance, and proper packaging to prevent damage or breaking in transit. All shipments of repaired or replaced products by CADENCE will be FOB from CADENCE at 918 Canada Ct, City of Industry, CA. 91748
Return Policy
Cadence Sound Inc, accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee on all items returned for a refund will apply. Unless you receive an item that is found to have a manufacture defective and want to return or exchange it, there is no restocking fee. Absolutely no refunds will be given on items that have been used or damaged and will be exchange or repair only, if under the warranty period.  Products being returned must include all original parts and packaging sent. (Boxes, Packing, Instructions, ETC). Any missing accessories will be deducted. Serial numbers from order being returned on Invoice, product, and box. must match. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
