    FDA Silicone Gasket, 1/8" thick
    For use on Anchor Hocking 2 gallon glass jars.
    HOWEVER NOT ON ALL ANCHOR HOCKING 2 Gallon Jars.
    The dimension of this seal is inside 5 5/8" x outside 8".
    SO PLEASE, measure across the whole lid for the outside dimension. If it is 8" than take a piece of string and measure the inside which is underneath the bead that goes into the jar. Divide by 3.14 and that should be your inside dimension. If it calculates to about 5.625 then this seal should work for you.
    But if your measurement is greater than 5.875 it may not.
    No two lids are alike. There is variance to every one.
    It will stop the rattling of glass on glass. Depending on the variance of the lid it may create enough suction to keep your items fresh. It is not guaranteed but you now have an option.
