Ceramic Dragon  or Dinosaur Child's Toothbrush or Pencil Holder 6" long  Hobbyist piece?
I think this is either a toothbrush holder or for pens/pencils.  You could use it for either one.
Note:  I tried to fit an adult size toothbrush in the holes, but with the molded handles, it would not fit.  I had no child's toothbrush to try.
I think this is a hobbyist's piece, but it is charming and very well painted.  The initials "F M" are on the bottom.
No chips, cracks, or crazing.
