Return Merchandise Authorization
If you have an issue with your item, please message us via eBay for return instructions. We will replace or refund any defective item that is returned. Buyer is responsible for all shipping & handling charges for non-defective returns. For any damage done to an item once received, partial refunds may apply. We ask that customers take photos of boxes once received to verify that it has been delivered safely for future reference. Any returned product will have the serial number matched against that of the original item shipped to the customer. Fraudulent claims will immediately be reported to eBay.
We ship Mon-Fri using FedEx between 8.30am and 5.30pm EST. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. If you are an International customer, we require a FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number prior to shipping; for domestic customers, please also supply us with an account number if you are able.
