    Description

    Brand New Custom Built 10W7 Ported Enclosure
    Very custom design. Built for best possible sound. Your enclosure can be 50% of how a sub sounds. Make sure you buy a box that will match the performance of your W7.  You didn't buy a cheap sub, so don't buy a cheaply make box.
    3/4" MDF and 1 1/2" MDF front
    Dark grey carpet with Black JL Logo recess on front
    1.5 cubic foot useable air space
    Tuned to 35Hz
    Box measures 36 L X 12 D  X 12 T
    Box is assembled using industrial Wood Glue
    Assembled with 2 1/2 16 gauge nails
    But then its reinforced with 2" wood screws
    Internal corner brace joints for strength and helps with acoustics
    Internal "T" brace with rounded edges for smooth air flow
    Slot port design with rounded edges to reduce port noise
    Compression terminal cup with solder 12 gauge wire attached
    Ends of boxes are recess slightly for cleaner carpet look
    It will be wrapped in styrofoam and boxed up to protect it during shipping.
    We can also build this box in Tan or Black carpet.  We build this box to order so can vary the carpet color or measurements slightly if needed.  Same price just let me know after purchase what measurements and carpet color you need.
