This print by SciFi/Fantasy illustrator Ellisa H. Mitchell is inspired by the classic Dragonriders of Pern series of books. It is hand-guilded and signed "EHM" in the lower left corner, and is dated 1983 - dating it to the infancy of fan art.
The print depicts one of Pern's Weyrs, with the Red Star in the upper left background. The print is just under 5 1/2 inches high by 3 1/2 inches wide; the mat is 10 inches by 8 inches. It is professionally matted; the mat has some fading/burn at the edges. The print itself appears to be in excellent codition, with no fading, tears, water damage, etc.
