This is a fully functional EMS evacuation or stair chair. I am a paramedic who bought this to use for my elderly parents before they passed away as an alternative to building a ramp for my house. We only used it about 10 to 12 times. It would be great for a rural fire department or EMS agency for primary use or as a backup. It has multipoint adjustable tracks, extendable arm and leg handles, retractable wheelchair usage arms, and a large foot rest. There is no major damage, no noticable minor damage, the straps are in great shape, and the brakes work well. I am not a business and this is a personal sale.
