Excel Stairway Lift by Access Industries

This is an Excel Stairway Lift by Access Industries Inc. It was used lightly for 1 year, 3 months. It's been sitting unused now ever since.. It had a 6 month checkup (cleaned, greased). The arms go up and down, the seat rotates and flips up, out of the way. The foot step also flips up. You can easily walk around it when it's all folded against the wall. There's an up and down switch mounted on the chair, and one at each end of the lift. It plugs into a standard wall outlet.
