Machine gave an alert of

Could not get FD to assist and they pushed purchasing a new one.  Machine came from a working environment and was not tampered with.
If you have knowledge of how to get rid of alert and get back to normal status than this is for you.
Sold as is.
Physically, it's in excellent condition. There's no damage or discoloring to the unit. The buttons all work without issue. The touchscreen is colorful and responsive.
Terminal has been stored in a climate controlled area and come from a clean, smoke, and pet free home.
