Aft and forward cabins, enclosed head, pressurized water, 3 year old Sobstad sails, CDI furler, tides-track system, lazy jacks, cradle pack, new lifelines, 5 year old Raymarine windspeed, depth, and boat speed electonics, auto-tiller, VHF, Stereo AM-FM-CD, new head, inboard diesel - Yanmar 1GM10 - runs excellent, upgraded stuffing box and newer cutlass bearing, new tri-color nav/steaming/anchor lights, new tiller. Clean and working stove/oven like new.
All safety equipment except life jackets.
Interior has some headliner issues but otherwise in very good shape.
