H. Ludwig 1959 studio pottery bathing beauty ceramic figure 11 inches long

This 11 inch long figure is marked H Ludwig. I added some cornstarch to the signature so I could read and photograph the artist's mark. There are no chips or cracks or repairs. There are some glaze pops as shown.
Everything on my hmnpwr site and my sister's 2vegburg site is from our parent's collections. They started collecting in the early 70's, mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area at the flea markets, shows, auctions, estate sales but they also traveled to LA or east to buy and sell. Their interests were mostly early American to midcentury American and Scandinavian ceramics. They also collected tableware, concentrating on California production. We regularly list new pieces that have been stored away for decades.
