This is an emergency
portable
battery charger that can charge your power wheelchair or scooter batteries in a pinch.
Just use the 3-pin plug adapter on the charger and plug it into your joystick or into your scooter charging port and BAM!! your charging! This will also charge and
connect
to the Harmar Backpacker AVP Lift and it might charger other Harmar lifts just make sure that the plug in the pictures is the same plug that will connect to your lift. You will never need to hook up a wiring harness to your vehicle with this charger. Just plug your lift into this portable battery pack and run your lift, no wiring harnesses needed
