Jie Gantofta Sweden Elsi Bourelius 7.5" Girl Figurine Chocolate Brown Dress Tags

Description

Up for your consideration is a tall jie Gantofta (of Sweden) figurine vase of a young woman, designed by Elsi Bourelius. The young woman is wearing a glossy brown dress (that looks like liquid chocolate) with a grey striped apron and a grey cap. The face and hands of the figurine are not glazed. There is a small opening behind the hands of the figurine that can be used to hold dry flowers. The original straw flowers are included here.
The figurine stands 7 1/2 inches tall, measures 3 1/2 inches across the base, and weighs 15 1/8 ounces.
The back of the figurine has two stickers. The first reads: jie Gantofta Sweden. The second says: Design Elsi Bourelius. On the underside of the figurine, there is an additional sticker that reads: Avsedd Att Dekoreras Med Eterneller (Intended to be decorated with dry flowers).
The figurine is in good condition, with no cracks or crazing. There is a piece of the cap missing on the left side (as one is looking at the figurine) - see the photos.
