Description

Available are two hand painted Jie Gantofta Sweden wall display tiles both with a floral motif designed by Aimo Nietosvuori. Thjis lot include one large tile (8 3/4" by 7 1/2") and one small one (3 1/2" by 2 3/4"). The large tile has a lovely agricultural landscape with lavendar and orange pansy flowers in the foreground. The small tile depicts a berry vine with fruit and blossoms in shades of lavender. Both are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Both are ready to hang on display. The pair weighs 2lbs 2oz without packaging. Nietosvuori designs were produced by Jie between 1967 and 1992.
