Good cosmetic condition. Signs of age and storage. They do not have power cords. One holder is missing a mounting plate.
I got these at an auction that had shopping carts, peg boards, Peg, Food scanners, Shelves… basically strong signs that they are from a store closing not from product replacement.
All that said sold as is as pictured for parts or repair.
