Expedited shipping orders such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air must contain a valid physical home or business address. If ordered to a PO box or to any address that UPS will not deliver to, your order will ship with an alternate carrier, and you will be refunded the shipping fee and receive your order without expedited shipping.
Items purchased at Vombot Supply may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as arrived, including original packaging along with any accessories included in order.
Vombot Supply will credit the cost of the merchandise according to your method of payment. Vombot Supply will not issue a refund if this return policy is not strictly adhered to.
