The units are not fully tested, only powered on. Touch and all buttons seem to work fine. They do have a password for settings. Will not come with any accessories or power supply. Selling as is so no returns will be accepted. They do have signs of use like scratches and scuffs throughout.
"AS-IS" does not function as intended and is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components. Missing screws, signs of use or damage, non functional, incomplete, no power, may have liquid damage, no charger, cracked or broken screens or no battery. Please see images
