Rare Vintage STIG LINDBERG "Domino" Cylinder Vase for Gustavberg
Mid-Century Modern   Made in Sweden 1954
9 1/8" (23cm) tall x 2 5/8" (6.7cm) diameter
Mid-century modern 1954 Stig Lindberg iconic "Domino" ceramic vase manufactured by Gustavsberg,
features a cylinder form, geometric relief pattern, and glossy black glaze.
Raised marking "GUSTAVBERG   (Anchor & Rope logo)   DOMINO   STIG L. 2" on the bottom,
with original oval
GUSTAVBERG paper label (partial).
The Domino series was launched at the design exhibition H55 where Lindberg made his international debut.

Two minor chips on bottom edge looks to have been touched up.  Not immediately noticeable. (see photos)
