Seat Belt, Hamill Model C30, Coupe Tan Shoulder belt only, pair.  These do not include the lap belt.
LH side.
Spring on retractor is broken.
Retractor is not frozen up as we wound the belt back in by hand.
Retractor housing metal is very good.
It is stamped x219 on the bottom.
Belt material is not cut, torn, or frayed.
Tag has GM 345407, Hamill, Model # C30 on it, and a date of 50E73.
The tag with "IMPORTANT" is missing.
Chrome on male buckle has some spots of rust.
Buckle is stamped 118.
RH Side.
Retractor is frozen up from rust.
Internal parts of retractor are rusted up.
Metal part of the retractor is very good.
It is stamped x219 on the bottom.
Belt material is not cut, torn, or frayed.
Tag has GM 345408, Hamill, Model # C30, and a date of 48E73.
Chrome on male buckle has some scratches but no rust.
Buckle is stamped 104.
Date code 50E73 is 50th week of 1973 (or around mid-December, 1973).  Date code on other belt (4873) is early December 1973.
