    Description

    VINTAGE SIGNED CUSTOM ARTISAN HANDCRAFTED STERLING SILVER ASIAN CHINESE SYMBOL BELT BUCKLE FEATURING BLUE TURQUOISE & RED CORAL INLAYS— The artisan maker of this sterling silver buckle stamped a symbol on the back that looks like a half image of the sun.  We are not familiar with who is associated with this hallmark. It is a very unusual buckle that features what we believe to be a red coral Chinese or Asian symbol inlay at the center, decorative hand engraving and an oval blue turquoise chip inlay.  There are a few very light scratches and signs of use, as the photos show, but they will not be noticeable when this buckle is on your belt. Measures 3” x 2 1/2” and fits belts up to 1 3/4” wide. The total weight is 50 grams or about 1.8 ounces.
