Skar Audio introduces its SK series line-up of high-performance subwoofer enclosures to bridge the gap between competition-grade quality and universal fit pre-fabricated enclosures. The SK2X8V subwoofer enclosure is a dual 8-inch, universal fit, ported, subwoofer enclosure that is designed for maximum bass and responsiveness. Finished in a premium black carpet and featuring the Skar Audio logo on the lower left side, this enclosure will look sleek and attractive in any application.
When setting out to offer a line-up of premium, universal fit, subwoofer boxes, the end goal was to deliver a final product that was unlike anything else available on the market; setting new standards for quality and performance. The enclosure features a kerf style port, which means that the port construction utilizes the curves typically found only in custom, high-end, professional enclosures, allowing the box to offer deeper and more accurate bass. Furthermore, it’s precisely tuned to ensure that it delivers riveting low-end frequency response and the type of bass that turns heads from outside the vehicle.
The differentiating features that put this box in a league of its own don't stop there though; this dual 8-inch vented enclosure also utilizes high-end materials during construction, ensuring durability and reliability. On top of its outstanding craftsmanship, this enclosure is also braced for extreme strength, and can handle even the most brutally powerful subwoofers. Internally, we line several walls of the enclosure with poly-fill to enhance the overall versatility and depth of sound that this enclosure reproduces with any given subwoofer. The premium push terminal wiring cups that are built into each side of the enclosure, feature 16-gauge speaker wire that is pre-soldered and connected to the terminals, making it easier than ever to wire up and install your subwoofers.

Who does Skar Audio use to ship my purchase?
Due to varying rates and shipping times, Skar Audio uses a variety of shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. While most items will be sent via UPS, it is not uncommon to receive items via another carrier when it makes sense as the best option to care for our customers purchases.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
Skar Audio is happy to offer retail customers who order directly from Skar Audio's official website free shipping to the continental United States for orders over . Currently, customers residing in Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping. International shipments will be subject to shipping costs that are calculated at the time of purchase, and will be subject to any fees or duties charged by the carrier additionally. Please be aware that these duties and fees are not calculated into the shipping cost at the time of checkout.
Does Skar Audio ship internationally?
Due to factors beyond our control, we have suspended all international shipping on orders made directly via Skar Audio's official website effective 9/20/2020. Our internal team is working diligently to restore this service and create a better experience for our customers who do not reside domestically within the United States. We do not currently have an estimated time that this service will be available to our friends outside of the United States, however, we will be happy to announce once we are able to re-establish this service for our customers outside the United States.

How long will it take to get my order?
Skar Audio has strategically expanded operations within the US, and can reach most of the United States in 3 business days. We make an effort to ship out orders the same day if the orders are made during business hours. Any orders placed over the weekend or after business hours will ship out the following business day.
Does Skar Audio offer expedited shipping?
Skar Audio does offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. The options available vary based upon area and can be viewed during the checkout process.
If I purchase an item on backorder, when should I expect to receive it?
Skar Audio is constantly forecasting to keep product from going out of stock; however, unexpected trends in sales may lead to a shortage of a product. When this happens, Skar Audio will always post the expected return date of the product right on the product's page. Once the item arrives back in stock, we ship all backorders immediately.
