Sony SB-V3000 matrix Video Switcher

Sony SB-V3000 matrix Video Switcher. Condition is "For parts or not working".
tested day of listing .powers up,functions pressing buttons seem to all work,but video out picture is like tearing,distorted.almost like it was in pal format,but could not find any function buttons to change to NTSC format if the machine has that function,don't know that much about it,could be another issue and needs to be repaired so selling for parts or repair and NO-Returns on this item
