Sweden Swedish Gustavsberg Borje Skohg Abstract Applied Silver Wall Plaque

Description

This ceramic wall plaque was produced by Gustavsberg in Sweden and was designed by Borje Skohg (1923 - 2006 ) who worked at Gustavsberg for over 40 years. Skohg was known for using his natural surroundings for resource material and inspiration.
This Skohg wall plaque has applied silver and a matte black glaze.
The dimensions of this Skohg piece is 23 x 23 cm. (9.25") and weighs 880 gm (1 lb. 15 oz.)
The identifying marks are Skohg on the front bottom left and Gustavsberg mark with the hand on the back
The back of this plaque is modified to accept a type of displaying device.
