Description

This ceramic Viking Ship was designed by Thomas Hellstrom (1924-2006) for the Swedish ceramic company Nittsjo where he worked for almost 50 years.
This piece has a semi-gloss style glaze in black and browns.
The dimensions:  Height 14 cm. (5.75") of dragon heads.  Length 43 cm. (17.25"). Width of ship 13 cm. (5.25 ")  Weight 970 gm.  ( 2 lb  2 oz.)
The base of this piece is marked Nittsjo
This Hellstrom Nittsjo Viking Ship is in good vintage condition.
