2. In general, UPS ground would deliver package to you within 5 BUSINESS days, but sometimes they take longer days to deliver since your location is on future east, rural area or on the islands.
4. Since we have 1 day shipping handling. 12AM PT is the cut off time. We do not deliver on Weekend or public holidays, since UPS doesn't pick up in our location.
