    UN Mission of Observers in Prevlaka (UNMOP) was established on 15 January 1996 in
    Security Council Resolution 1038
    as a peacekeeping mission to monitor the
    demilitarization
    of the disputed
    Prevlaka
    peninsula by carrying out daily foot and vehicle patrols on both sides of the border between Croatia and
    FR Yugoslavia
    (specifically, its federal unit
    Montenegro
    ).

We are free and exercise our liberties we have today, because men and women of this nation were willing to stand in the gap. This certificate is printed on high quality certificate card stock with state of the art laser printing.
