    Featured today is this lovely O C Tanner Belt Brass Buckle
    with the insignia of Channel Lock Tool Co of
    Meadville, PA.  Item is engraved which leaves me to believe that it was a service award of a Channel Lock Employee at one time.   Item is in beautiful condition and is an item that would be considered hard to find and possibly hard to obtain.  Would make a lovely gift for that special someone.
