Vintage Judaica Jewish Made In Israel Brass Oil Jug Mezuzah

Description

Vintage 1970s made in Israel brass oil jug mezuzah, featuring a sinuous spout and inverted teardrop shaped body embossed with the Hebrew letter shin in gold (Shomer Dlatot Israel or Guardian of the Doors of Israel).  The finish is a matte blue and black.  The back has a compartment with a metal flap for your kosher insert.  Measures approximately 3 3/4" long x 1 1/4" at widest.
Circa 1970s, this collectible piece of Judaica is an estate piece; it has not been cleaned and is in as found condition.
