Vintage Perfect 803 Microscope Kit, Non-Working, 19 Slides, Clean Parts & Case

Description

This is a vintage (1950-60's?) Perfect, Model 803, microscope in a wooden carrying case.  Being sold AS IS.
It does not work.
I believe it is missing an essential part or that it is not assembled correctly.
(Dunno, it was my husband's
and has been sitting in the back of closet for many, many years.}
The microscope is very clean and the interior of case is close to pristine.
Exterior of case has some scratches and dings, upper left corner of metal Perfect logo is loose.
Latch, hinges, handle, all good.
Slides have some chips. (mainly the larger size ones)
The two lens are 15x and 10x
There are 5 beige labels in label box, approx. 1" sq.
