Rare Unique Design, Handmade in Israel circa 1990s
Cast in solid metal and finished to perfection, this splendid 3-D mezuzah case features the embossed Ten Commandments tablets, surrounded by scenes of the old city of Jerusalem in fine detail. Iconic Jerusalem images are the Montefiore Windmill below, and the Western (Wailing) Wall above, with the Hebrew letter "SHIN" standing for “Shadai” - Shomer Daltot Israel - Keeper of the Doors of Israel
. An impressive and meaningful Judaica gift!
The back is detachable and opens with screws to insert the parchment, has dual sided stickers and holes for nails or screws to mount to the door post
