Other than the box being open, it is brand new. I always like to open boxes just to confirm that everything is in there. Sometimes looks can be deceiving. Everything looks to be there. I am basing that on the image that is on the top of the box. It has the main machine, spatula, and two metal circle things. They are all in the box. It will be mailed in the original box.
